主要是由項目經(jīng)理要對工人進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，然后再是工人師傅根據設計要求放線(xiàn)，一般來(lái)說(shuō)開(kāi)槽寬度50mm。放線(xiàn)應當精準到位，無(wú)缺漏情況。

The main task is for the project manager to provide technical disclosure to the workers, and then for the workers to set out the line according to the design requirements. Generally, the groove width is 50mm. The setting out should be precise and in place without any omissions.

二、舊物拆除

2、 Demolition of old buildings

若有電線(xiàn)及開(kāi)關(guān)插座，那么接下來(lái)就是拆除原有電線(xiàn)及開(kāi)關(guān)插座。

三、開(kāi)槽鉆孔

3、 Slotted drilling

依據施工現場(chǎng)實(shí)際的放線(xiàn)位置進(jìn)行開(kāi)槽，開(kāi)槽時(shí)必須注意開(kāi)槽深度。過(guò)墻和過(guò)梁的地方需要鉆孔，鉆孔時(shí)的孔徑、孔距一般為100mm；電線(xiàn)和水管不能走一個(gè)孔。

According to the actual setting out position on the construction site, slot making must be carried out with attention to the depth of the slot. Holes need to be drilled in the areas where walls and beams pass through, and the hole diameter and spacing during drilling are generally 100mm; Electric wires and water pipes cannot go through one hole.

四、布管

4、 Pipe laying

根據在施工現場(chǎng)開(kāi)設的溝槽進(jìn)行布排管，在有水房間進(jìn)行布排管時(shí)電管應布設在墻上、頂上。強弱電線(xiàn)不允許走廚房、衛生間陽(yáng)臺的地面。

Arrange pipes according to the grooves set up on the construction site. When arranging pipes in rooms with water, the electrical pipes should be placed on the wall or top. Strong and weak wires are not allowed to walk on the ground of kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies.

在穿線(xiàn)時(shí)，一根電線(xiàn)管內所穿電線(xiàn)的截面積之和必須小于該管道內截面的40%。一般情況下16mm的電線(xiàn)不宜超過(guò)3根，20mm的電線(xiàn)不宜超過(guò)4根。

When threading, the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the wires inside a conduit must be less than 40% of the cross-sectional area inside the conduit. Generally, there should not be more than 3 wires with a diameter of 16mm and 4 wires with a diameter of 20mm.

五、檢查線(xiàn)路

運用萬(wàn)用表、歐姆表檢查線(xiàn)路暢通無(wú)阻，不出現短路以及斷路的現象，導線(xiàn)間絕緣電阻大于等于0.5mΩ，為安裝開(kāi)關(guān)插座作準備。

Use a multimeter and ohmmeter to check that the circuit is unobstructed and there are no short circuits or open circuits. The insulation resistance between wires is greater than or equal to 0.5m Ω, in preparation for installing switch sockets.

六、安裝開(kāi)關(guān)插座等

6、 Install switch sockets, etc

在安裝之前不允許應用房屋內各插座，只能應用公司指定拖線(xiàn)盒。注意開(kāi)關(guān)插座面板應平整、緊貼建筑物表面。同一場(chǎng)所的開(kāi)關(guān)切斷位置一致，且操作靈活，接點(diǎn)接觸可靠。

Before installation, it is not allowed to use various sockets in the house, and only the designated cable box by the company can be used. Note that the switch socket panel should be flat and tightly attached to the surface of the building. The cutting positions of switches in the same place are consistent, and the operation is flexible, with reliable contact points.
