Installation: If the door pocket adopts the traditional on-site production method, the on-site decoration personnel will directly fix it to the door pocket body with nails; But if it is a complete door product installed with a door pocket (more and more users are using the entire door product now), two issues should be considered:

一、對應成套門(mén)產(chǎn)品的門(mén)套技術(shù)結構是否符合作為成套門(mén)產(chǎn)品所要求的牢固、準確、穩定三大技術(shù)特性；

1、 Whether the technical structure of the door cover corresponding to the complete set of door products meets the three major technical characteristics of firmness, accuracy, and stability required as a complete set of door products;

二、整套門(mén)套安裝人員在安裝現場(chǎng)的事先勘察和安裝過(guò)程中工藝流程的規范化（如使用發(fā)泡劑等方法可能對門(mén)套的牢固性、準確性和今后的使用穩定性都有可能產(chǎn)生影響）。

2、 The installation personnel of the entire set of door jambs shall conduct preliminary investigation on the installation site and standardize the process flow during the installation process (such as using foaming agents and other methods may have an impact on the firmness, accuracy, and future stability of the door jambs).

1、根據設計圖紙檢查門(mén)的規格、開(kāi)啟方向及相關(guān)附件。

1. Check the specifications, opening direction, and related accessories of the door according to the design drawings.

2、用卷尺測量門(mén)洞的高度和寬度。門(mén)的標準高度和寬度為200cm×80cm；衛生間門(mén)的高度和寬度為200cm×70cm。如尺寸有出入，應及時(shí)糾正。

2. Measure the height and width of the door opening with a tape measure. The standard height and width of the door is 200cm × 80cm； The height and width of the bathroom door are 200cm × 70cm。 If there is any discrepancy in size, it should be corrected in a timely manner.

3、測量位置線(xiàn)，確定門(mén)框的位置，用墨棒拉出垂直線(xiàn)，一側門(mén)洞有兩條垂直線(xiàn)。

3. Measure the position line, determine the position of the door frame, and use an ink stick to pull out the vertical line. There are two vertical lines in one side of the door opening.

4、用沖擊鉆在垂直線(xiàn)上鉆孔。這些洞之間的距離大約是30厘米。一扇側門(mén)的兩排有10個(gè)孔。沖擊鉆鉆頭為12mm，鉆孔深度約6cm。

4. Drill holes on vertical lines using an impact drill. The distance between these holes is approximately 30 centimeters. There are 10 holes in the two rows of a side door. The impact drill bit is 12mm and the drilling depth is about 6cm.

5、用錘子把小木楔一個(gè)一個(gè)地釘進(jìn)洞里，固定門(mén)框板。楔子尺寸為5cm×1．5cm×1．5cm，由落葉松制成。落葉松木材結構緊密，不易松動(dòng)。

5. Use a hammer to nail small wooden wedges one by one into the holes and fix the door frame plate. Wedge size is 5cm × 1．5cm × 1.5cm, made of larch. The structure of larch wood is tight and not easy to loosen.

6、切割材料制成門(mén)框。左右側門(mén)框龍骨木板尺寸為200cm×3cm×8cm，門(mén)框頂龍骨木板尺寸為80cm×3cm×8cm。將高密度9cm板粘在龍骨上，用汽槍釘固定。

6. Cut the material to make the door frame. The size of the left and right door frame keel board is 200cm × 3cm × 8cm, the size of the keel board on the top of the door frame is 80cm × 3cm × 8cm。 Stick the high-density 9cm board onto the keel and fix it with an air gun nail.

7、根據門(mén)的形狀將三個(gè)門(mén)框連接起來(lái)，用大釘子固定在接縫處。

8、用平面將連接的門(mén)框表面打磨光滑，邊角修剪干凈。

9. Place the door frame on the door opening, and according to the horizontal line of the wall, place wooden or brick blocks under the door frame to adjust the height of the door frame. Reserve 5cm underground and bury it in the floor keel.

10、在門(mén)框頂部釘上釘子，掛好鉛垂線(xiàn)，通過(guò)鉛垂線(xiàn)調整門(mén)框垂直度，測量時(shí)用扭釘將門(mén)框固定在門(mén)洞上。

10. Nail the top of the door frame with a nail, hang a plumb line, adjust the verticality of the door frame through the plumb line, and fix the door frame to the door opening with a twist nail during measurement.

11、做門(mén)面線(xiàn)。門(mén)面可根據圖紙從箱中取出或由施工人員制作。生產(chǎn)完成后，將門(mén)面固定在門(mén)框六上，使門(mén)套基本完成。

11. Make a facade line. The facade can be taken out of the box according to the drawings or made by construction personnel. After the production is completed, fix the door surface on the door frame 6, so that the door pocket is basically completed.

12、將門(mén)放在門(mén)套上，確定鉸鏈在門(mén)套上的具體位置，然后根據鉸鏈的厚度切出口徑。同時(shí)切斷鎖套的直徑。將車(chē)門(mén)安裝到門(mén)套上，并用螺絲刀擰緊鉸鏈的螺釘。

12. Place the door on the door pocket, determine the specific position of the hinge on the door pocket, and then cut the aperture according to the thickness of the hinge. Simultaneously cut off the diameter of the lock sleeve. Install the door onto the door pocket and tighten the hinge screws with a screwdriver.
